Job Description Are you an ambitious part qualified accountant with a commercial outlook? If so we would love to hear from you as we are looking for a Finance Business Partner!
As a Finance Business Partner you will be a trusted advisor to key stakeholders. You will add value by analysing and interpreting data, trends and business drivers behind it and presenting it to the business (which will include non finance stakeholders). The information you supply will help make key commercial decisions.
Client details: Our client is an international, growing and market leading organisation based in Wiltshire. They are fast paced, ever changing and offer good career progression. They are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join them on a permanent basis.
Review actuals against budget/re-forecast and prepare detailed breakdown of variance analysis and commentary on areas of focus where necessary
Assist in preparation of annual budget and quarterly re-forecasts
Analysis of data trends
Provide pricing, cost and margin analysis on existing and potential business development opportunities
Support the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure policies, process maps and process notes are documented and updated properly
Monitor and record non-conformities and implement corrective plan as necessary
Proactively identify system and process improvements and opportunities to add value to the business and work to implement change as necessary
Support other teams in Finance to ensure robust internal control in the business
Support the Financial Accounting team to investigate unusual transactions in balance sheet accounts promptly
Assist the preparation of half year and year-end accounts
Support Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Financial Accounting and FP&A teams as required
Assist external audit
Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis as required by the business
Profile: The successful candidate ideally will be part qualified and have experience in finance business partnering.
Job Offer: You will be offered excellent career opportunities and a salary of Â£35,000 - Â£43,000 (dependant on experience).
