CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our fun, flexible, and collaborative Talent Acquisition practice. This internal role will provide detailed scheduling, interview support, and overall candidate support for the Technology Solutions Talent Acquisition team. The Technology Solutions Talent Acquisition team ensures the continued growth of our Technology Solutions offering, which is comprised of consultants who provide implementation and advisory services to clients integrating our key partner cloud financial technologies (Workday, Adaptive, and Coupa). Creating a better experience for candidates by carefully tracking their progress throughout the interview process, ensuring they receive timely communication with professionalism, polish, energy, and enthusiasm, greeting candidates in person and booking travel when relevant (upon returning to travel/onsite interviews)
Scheduling candidates by utilizing our candidate tracking system, Lever, to review requests for scheduling from recruiters, requesting availability from candidates and interviewers, assessing calendar availability in Outlook, organizing appointments, tracking acceptance, sending email confirmations, and booking travel when relevant
Special Projects varying upon the needs of our Talent team and the business, utilizing analytical skills to create reports, and thinking creatively to draft communications and marketing content, interview guides, trainings, and other materials
Identifying Process Improvements as we can always improve, no matter how excellent our services are! We welcome input openly from our coordinators, who live within the logistics of our process day to day, and encourage those with fresh perspectives to bring suggestions on improving efficiency and candidate experience
90% Scheduling and Coordinating, 10% Special Projects
Liaise with Talent Acquisition team and Technology Solutions team members to coordinate and schedule interviews and meetings on and off-site, utilizing Zoom, Outlook, and Lever (Applicant Tracking System)
Act as a Point-of-Contact for candidates and hiring managers on interview days by greeting candidates and assisting them throughout the interview process (ideally onsite in McLean, VA once in person interviews resume)
Book candidate travel and manage expenses associated with interviews
Prepare and update pipeline reports as requested by the business, utilizing Excel
Maintain candidate tracking within Lever, reviewing resumes, and updating advertised jobs
Participate in ad hoc and special projects as needed
1-3 years of related business experience within a professional services firm preferred, though open to a range of qualified candidates with a desire to learn
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects in a high volume, fast pace work environment with strong organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
While more often working collaboratively, maintaining the ability to work autonomously at times, escalating relevant questions or concerns efficiently as needed
Adaptability to change and readiness to problem solve, i.e. during interview cancellations, interviewer replacements, or other urgent requests as they arise
Experience using social media tools such as LinkedIn preferred
Positive energy, enthusiasm, and self-confidence
Great sense of humor required!
