As a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Manager, this role will be an integral part of the company and specifically the Human Resources Team, working to develop and build upon CrossCountry Consulting's long-term diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy. The role will partner with several internal stakeholders and senior leadership and will report to the Human Resources Senior Manager. This is an ideal opportunity for a professional with a breadth of knowledge implementing, managing and evolving a diversity and inclusion strategy and will require the building of trainings to promote ongoing firmwide education and awareness. The role requires an inclusive leader with a desire to improve the employee experience by infusing diversity, equity and inclusion across all business practices.
Responsible for diversity efforts, collaborating with senior leadership and other key internal stakeholders, and ownership for initiatives and programs to achieve key DEI objectives.
Develops and delivers firmwide training to aid in diversity, equity and inclusion education and awareness.
Creates internal and external company communications in partnership with key stakeholders and in response to and in celebration of diversity related issues, news and specific celebrations.
Researches, develops, recommends, and executes creative strategies to foster the organization's diversity goals.
Reviews current practices and policies, assessing and analyzing the extent to which they support or hinder the company's diversity goals.
Remains active and aware of global and nationwide news and impacts to specific populations to ensure company is best supporting employees and providing opportunities for dialogue and awareness.
Collects and analyzes statistical data to evaluate the company's population in accordance with diversity standards and goals.
Maintains metrics and prepares periodic reports for evaluating and measuring diversity initiatives progress, employee engagement and return on investment.
Develops strategies, implements dialogues that address specific concerns and issues, and oversees resolution of conflicts relating to diversity initiatives and activities.
Provides guidance to supervisory and human resources staff in developing change management strategies and strategic communications.
Maintains knowledge of diversity-related issues, legislation, and best practices.
Provides training and policy updates to colleagues, ensuring legal compliance of management and human resources staff.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
5+ years of Human Resources or related experience with a specific focus on implementing and managing a diversity, equity and inclusion program.
Experience with business advisory services within the consulting industry; Big Four or equivalent experience preferred.
Thorough understanding of diversity principles, practices and procedures.
Experience growing a DEI program is highly desired.
Demonstrated ability to create and execute on training to build DEI awareness.
A bachelor's degree (or higher) in Human Resources or a similar business discipline.
