CrossCountry Consulting is an independent advisory firm providing risk, business transformation, accounting, and technology consulting services. Our Information Technology Risk Advisory services (within our Risk & Compliance practice) provides our clients with a comprehensive suite of consulting and advisory services including (but not limited to):
* IT strategy and governance
* IT risk assessment
* IT audit
* Privacy and data protection
* Systems pre/post-implementation controls evaluation and development life cycle controls assessment
* Data analytics
* Disaster recovery
* IT project risk management
Assess client's technology landscape and technology processes
Perform IT General Controls (ITGC), Automated Controls and Information Produced by the Entity (IPE) testing for our Client's across a variety of applications and databases.
Support our Client's with their implementation of Sarbane's Oxley (SOX) controls
Review systems and processes with a focus on industry best practice standards and frameworks in order to make recommendations for improvement
Contribute towards the advancement and growth of CrossCountry's Risk and Compliance practice, including internal initiatives such as recruiting, business development, and knowledge sharing
Collaborate with CrossCountry team, external auditors, and client team members on business issues and potential solutions
Support Managing Consultants with project administration (e.g., project setup and planning, budgeting, account management, billing)
Coordinate efforts with external auditors, the client, and IT resources to establish non-production environments for testing purposes
Maintain client relationships and provide clients with exceptional quality service
3+ years of professional services experience in a client facing role at an accounting firm, consulting firm, or commensurate experience
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in management information systems (MIS), computer information systems (CIS), accounting information systems (AIS), accounting, business, cybersecurity or other technical disciplines
An understanding of IT audit methodologies, concepts, tools and objectives.
Experience with and knowledge of ITGC Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and methodologies for achieving compliance, in particular, the technology implications and requirements.
Exposure to programming languages and/or data analytics is a plus
Professionalism and discretion in interacting with executives and clients with polished written and verbal communication skills, including documentation of findings and recommendations
Proven track record of showing initiative
Strong attention detail and organizational skills

CISA or other relevant professional certifications, or interest in achieving this certification
