By joining CrossCountry you'll be making a direct impact on our growing Workday practice, regularly taking part in:
Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation and configuration of Workday. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices
Contributing beyond client delivery , including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement and beyond
Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Lead the advisory, planning and implementation of Workday Revenue applications by documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data and converting data into format required for integration
Provide prime deployment, post-production and support services to both large multi-billion-dollar enterprises and emerging growth companies
Scope conversion requirements, execute data transformation activities, and support end user validation activities from existing Legacy system to new system
Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Communicate effectively with clients to convey project updates and recommendations
Prioritize client's interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
Required 5+ years of recent Workday Certified experience implementing Workday Financials
Hold current certification in Workday Financials (Preferred Specialty Certifications: Projects Consulting Core, Customer Accounts & Customer Contracts Consulting Core, Project Billing - Consulting Core)
Candidates with experience implementing solutions for complex Revenue scenarios in the Workday Customer Contracts functional area will be given special consideration
Candidates with experience implementing complex Integrations from external billing and CRM systems (such as Zuora, Salesforce, GoTransverse etc) with the Workday Revenue Management areas will be given special consideration
Experience developing innovative solutions for industry-specific billing problems within the Workday functionality framework is highly desirable
Required experience with Data Conversion in the Receivables and Revenue areas on a global implementation involving Tax Accounting, Multi-Currency Accounting, Deferred Revenue Recognition etc.
Implementation experience on full platform Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA) implementations with cross functional knowledge across Workday Projects, Project Billing, HCM, Time Tracking, Talent and Payroll is preferred
Knowledge of Workday Project Accounting and Project Billing functionality is preferred
Previous consulting experience with a Workday deployment partner
Experience deploying multiple Workday Financials projects simultaneously definitely a plus
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A Note on Travel: For the past year+ we have delivered projects remotely with much success, though we do plan to travel again in the near future. Our approach is different in that we are purposeful in scheduling on-site visits with clients around their unique needs rather than the standard Monday-Thursday travel schedule that you'll find at other large firms. We expect travel to be roughly 20-25% (could be more or less) but we'll continue to monitor this area and adapt as needed
