By joining CrossCountry you'll be making a direct impact on our growing Coupa PPS practice, regularly taking part in:
* Advising key stakeholders through support, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa. Our consultants are hands-on involved in operational support, release management, phase x implementations, solution enhancements, project management, change management, requirements and design definition, process improvement, testing, integration enablement support, and best practice recommendations.
* Contributing beyond client delivery including, but not limited to recruiting, staffing, coaching and mentoring, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement and beyond
* Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Resolves client support requests varying from operational support issue resolution, phase x implementations and enhancement projects, release planning, to strategic road mapping services
Provide guidance to and collaborate with CrossCountry team members to research and resolve complex client requests
Provides frequent updates on outstanding requests to customers
Prioritizes requests and tasks by level of urgency, scope, complexity, and team availability
Utilizes Sandbox, Coupa Community, CrossCountry COEs and SharePoint for research
Communicate regularly with other members of the support team and CrossCountry COEs to discuss recurring problems and to share solutions and leading practices
Identifies opportunities and recommendations for improvements to internal processes
Performs other related duties as assigned
4+ years of recent Coupa or equivalent experience (with a procurement, supply chain, financial, or accounting system)
Experienced with providing superior customer service and resolving client inquires
Skilled at working on multiple tasks at a time
Passionate about knowledge sharing
Ability to build and develop strong client relationships
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
Attentive to details with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
A bachelor's degree (or higher) in finance, accounting, computer systems, information systems, or a similar business or technical discipline
