Job Summary This vacancy is being posted at 2 job classes: PUFA3 and PUFA4. Final job class will be determined based on successful applicant's qualifications. The main function of the Energy Regulation and Planning Unit of the Minnesota Department of Commerce is to intervene, on behalf of public interest, in matters before the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission relating to natural gas and electric utility rates, supply adequacy, and services. This position will conduct analyses, prepare reports, and defend the Department’s position on revenue requirements, rate of return, public utility accounting/tax issues, cost recovery methods/policies, energy conservation, resource planning, service policies, renewab
