The AP Manager reports to the Associate Head of School for Finance and Operations and is part of a collegial, high-energy Business Office team. This is a full-time on-campus position. The current software requires working from our office in Northwest Washington, DC, however, we anticipate upgrading our systems so that the position can become remote at least two days a week, if that is the preference of the AP Manager.

Major Goals of the Position:
Convert current paper process to digital purchase order, and payment system,
Process invoices for payment in a timely and accurate manner,
Educate the employees of Lab in the correct ways to process financial transactions and requests, and
Promote Lab School as a conscientious and responsible customer and member of the community.

At least four years professional experience as a bookkeeper.
Experience in Blackbaud or other student management AP software.
Highly proficient in Excel, Word, mail merge and other Microsoft Office software.
Open to and able to learn other software programs quickly.
