CrossCountry Consulting's growing Cyber & Privacy practice is comprised of talented professionals in the fields of cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection. Our team partners with organizations to design, assess, and execute sound cybersecurity programs and system and cloud architectures. We ensure alignment of cybersecurity enablers including people, processes, and technologies, while also balancing risk management and compliance requirements. Our team assesses cybersecurity program effectiveness against real, live adversaries with vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, and adversary emulation.
As a Director, you will be an integral part of a growing national service line, helping to expand our client base and capabilities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Cyber & Privacy, enjoys learning and staying current with industry trends and regulations, excels at leading teams and mentoring others, and gets excited about helping our clients strategically solve Cyber & Privacy challenges. The ability to develop business through a network of C-suite connections is also critical for this role
* Contribute to the collective expertise and strategic direction of the team
* Drive sales, marketing, and business development and cross-sales efforts for new and existing clients
* Guide the development of our capabilities in following areas and beyond:
o Cyber Risk Management
o Privacy & Data Protection
o Security Engineering
o Cyber Strategy & Transformation
* Attract, cultivate, and retain top talent
* Build teams, inspire our people and guide training and development
* Manage financial results and the health of client engagements
* Coordinate with other practice leaders to advance the needs of our people and clients
* Oversee, guide, and serve as a subject matter expert on client engagements
* Understand client needs and coordinate the firm's capabilities to exceed expectations
* Ensure the quality and timeliness of CrossCountry' s services and deliverables
12+ years of professional services experience leading complex cyber and/or privacy engagements at a consulting firm, or commensurate experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
Consistent success in building and developing strong client relationships
Ability to work with client management and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
Mentorship and people development capabilities
Proven business development record, with strong networking skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills including comfort with executive audiences
Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a "big picture" perspective
Creativity, confidence, and flexibility
High energy, enthusiasm, and an entrepreneurial spirit
Great sense of humor!
Certification Desired (one of the listed certs)
Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), Certified Information Privacy Technologist (CIPT), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Identity Access Manager (CIAM), AWS, GCP, and Azure cloud certifications.
