Financial & Operational Due Diligence and the Networking Capital Adjustment
CFO Roadmap: post-acquisition assessment of Finance, Accounting and Technology
Lead cross-functional teams to provide solutions
Working Capital Optimization
System Strategy, Selection & Implementation
Carve-outs & Divestitures
Ideal Skills and Qualifications
BS or BA in Accounting, Finance, and 5+ years of experience working in a Public Accounting/Consulting firm, Investment Banking, M&A, or Corporate Development
Experience working with Private Equity clients or portfolio companies
Excellent analytical and excel modeling skills
Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
Preferred: CPA, MBA, or equivalent
