JustinBradley’s client is a consumer research company that seeks ideas, analysis, and insights for their clients to unlock their cultural capacity. With rapid growth in the last few years, the Executive team is looking to add a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide financial leadership and advice within a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and people-centric environment.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be agile in providing informed and thoughtful advice for decision making and setting strategic goals. As a true collaborator, the CFO will be a partner across the organization to create the necessary infrastructure, reporting, and transparency needed to engage with internal and external stakeholders. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, deal analysis and negotiations, investor relationships and partnership compliance, and private and institutional financing.
Lead the development and continuous evaluation of short-term and long-term strategic financial objectives
Develop a high-performing Finance team that delivers timely and accurate analysis and reporting
Develop, implement, and maintain KPI tracking and reporting
Evaluate and advise the Executive team on financial impact of business activities regulatory action and provide recommendations to improve business performance
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
MBA and/or CPA is highly preferred
10 years of financial leadership experience, including leadership in a rapidly growing organization
