The job holder will work within a team of nine and will be responsible for preparing the liquidity reporting for the Group, regulatory reporting for the solo regulated asset management firms on a rotational basis and managing stakeholder relationships.

The Group Regulatory Reporting team is responsible for submitting all prudential regulatory returns for the consolidated Group and the solo UK regulated asset management firms and an insurance firm to the PRA and FCA.
The team are in the process of analysing and implementing solutions for new legislation including: CRDV/CRR2 and IFPR amendments to UK legislation on-shoring EU regulations and new PRA/FCA rulebooks.
What you'll do
??? Prepare the liquidity reporting for Schroders' Group reporting ??? Prepare some of the regulatory reports for the solo regulated asset management firms and a Solvency II firm ??? Support the preparation of the consolidated Group reporting ??? Prepare FCA fee analysis ??? Prepare key regulatory metrics for monthly internal management reporting ??? Assist with the development of reporting solutions relating to regulatory change ??? Support continuous improvement of processes ??? Present to stakeholders
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
??? Good data management and manipulation capabilities (Excel skills and Access an advantage) ??? Ability to work to deadlines ??? Experience in regulatory reporting processes ??? Ability to problem solve and provide impact analysis ??? Ability to develop effective working relationships and manage key stakeholders ??? Strong written and verbal communication skills ??? PQE experience
