Environmental Compliance Specialist
Job Description:The Environmental Compliance Specialist's primary purpose is to ensure compliance with environmental regulations including the EPAâ™s Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasures Act (SPCC), Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) regulations and other federal and state environmental and hazardous materials transportation laws.
