The American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer is responsible for developing a financial strategy aligned with the mission and vision of the AANS, its philanthropic arm, the Neurosurgery Research and Education Foundation (NREF), and its data collection arm, the NeuroPoint Alliance (NPA). The CFO plays a critical role on the C-Suite team, serving as a strategic business partner to senior executives, and physician leadership. The CFO is responsible leading the budgeting, reporting, monitoring, and analysis of all activities, ensuring proper financial controls, and identifying ways to increase financial reserves/cost-savings to ensure our enterprise operates sustainably in pursuit of our goals. Additionally, the CFO manages building operations
