Payroll Services is looking for a qualified candidate for the Accountant Financial Analyst Senior position. Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Payroll Services, this position will assist in our multistate taxation initiative. The candidate will be proficient in tax compliance and able to research and interpret ordinances and regulations. Responsible for the state and local registration process, manage and maintain accurate tax data across multiple systems, testing of federal, state and local taxes, maintain online tax form links and balance, prepare and remit various federal, state and local tax forms. Additional responsibilities include completing SAP system entries, disbursements, financial transactions, payroll balancing, account reconciliation collaboration, tax reporting and provide various forms of customer service to our UK community.
The successful candidate must have strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, be adaptable and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
