Full-time in-person M-F (hybrid flexible); Saturdays only during tax season

Primary Responsibilities:

• Compile and prepare tax schedules for the preparation of US federal and state tax returns; including but not limited to individual, C and S corporation, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.
• Perform functions related to strategic tax planning.
• Analyze and respond appropriately to IRS and state tax notices.
• Conduct tax research and handle special projects as needed.
• Work as a member of the tax team to ensure objectives are met timely and accurately and in accordance with firm procedures.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks desktop and Online as well as Drake software a plus
• Learning and navigating our paperless office processes and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in accounting
• Public Accounting experience: 3+ years
• CPA license or CPA track preferred
