We are looking for an experienced Tax Accountant to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing tax returns for our small business and individual clients as well as accounting/write-up work. We are hiring full time AND part time positions...seasonal or year round.
Responsibilities:
Prepare 1040, 1120, 1120S and 1065 tax returns.
Income tax planning for business and individual clients
We are looking for competent people who can self-manage and take ownership of their work and are not afraid to advise clients directly. Must be able to work well under pressure and go the extra mile during tax season crunch time (roughly 4 weeks per year). Previous experience in accounting or tax preparation fields
Fundamental knowledge of income tax rules and regulations
Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
