Advertised Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the Revenue Analyst reports directly to the Senior Director of Revenue and Compliance. The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of revenue processing to ensure the accurate and timely recording of revenue in the constituent relationship management (CRM) system according to established procedures and in compliance with policies, timelines, and donor intent. Accurately execute the processing of various types of financial transactions (including but not limited to cash, check, credit card, ACH, payroll transactions, in-kind gifts, and securities) and commitments and planned gifts. Balances and reconciles daily deposits and credit card statements. Adheres to federal, state, IRS, and CASE laws, regulations, and guidelines as well as University policies for processing and receipting donations. Ensures the accuracy of documentation of all financial transactions received and maintained in our document management system. Use of highly automated integrated systems to record and process financial transactions and maintain individual constituent records.
Advertised Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and 2 years professional accounting experience.
Work during the holiday periods and longer work-day hours may be required at calendar and/or fiscal year-end in order to close out and provide reports from the gift accounting system in a timely manner.
