1. Works closely with management team to deliver monthly and quarterly accounting and ledger reporting packages and performance reports. 2.Completes projects, tasks, assignments, and other work that is unique to the specific assigned department or business area (including those requiring special knowledge and/or skills); follows departmental policies and procedures, and meets standards, metrics, and other benchmarks used within the department for evaluating performance and results. 3.Communicate with development and construction team members and other departments to answer questions, provide support and ensure timely completion of accounting processes. 4.Completes various financial, accounting, administrative, and other reports and analysis, and performs other duties as assigned or as necessary. 5.Update process documentation as needed. 6.Provides support and assistance to key business leaders, and others by fielding questions and requests, gathering data and reports, and assisting in resolving issues related to Go Data, Oracle, and Company business practices. 7.Manages and organizes detailed project files and maintains archival process of all documents for new developments. 8.Supports the Pursuit Manager and team in monitoring, tracking and reporting on the status of pursuit projects, working closely with development teams and IC team to accurately report on projects. 9.Work closely with the GDG IC team, Development team, accounting team, and Go Data team to ensure synchronization and accuracy across all reporting within the Go Data system and Oracle. 10.Review and understand agreements for each project. Document and follow up on any relevant sections during the pursuit phase of the project including: go hard dates, fees, cost sharing limitations, etc.
Depending on the position offered, regular full-time and part-time team members may be eligible to participate in a bonus program in addition to their base salary.
