Robert Half Executive Search has been exclusively retained by a highly recognized bank to identify a Director of Treasury and Merchant Services. This position will report directly to the President of Treasury and Merchant Services and have 4 direct reports.
The Director of Treasury and Merchant Services focus on these areas:
- Be a thought leader in the Payments space.
- Achieve all goals while managing to the key performance and key risk indicators established on an annual basis.
- Recruit, develop and retain team members.
- Provide direction for sales management routines.
- Actively participate in sales officer calls.
- Lead the collaboration with the Treasury Solutions implementation and service function.
- Continually evaluate and ensure we have maximized our vendor relationships.
- Develop and implement deposit pricing strategies for the commercial bank.
- Frequent collaboration with leaders cross-functionally and within department.
- Influence people with vision for process improvement initiatives.
- Seek to improve technology to assist in more efficient delivery of solutions.

Functional Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field
- Minimum ten years’ experience in banking, particularly in treasury management, cash management
- CTP preferred
- Demonstrated and proven treasury management results
- Ability to improve processes with clear examples of results
- Experience using technology to improve processes
- Demonstrated experience delivering cash management capabilities to midmarket companies
