Job Title:         Assistant Controller   Reports To:     Chief Financial Officer Direct Subordinates: None Basic Functions: Assist the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with the accounting, reporting, and investment function.  This includes regulatory reports, directors’ reports, accounts payable and bank investments. This position has the opportunity to hold a senior leadership position in the bank. Assistant Controller Duties and Responsibilities: Compile call report for bank quarterly. Compile Y-9 semi-annually and Y-6 annually for holding company. Assist CFO with approval of accounts payable, review vendor maintenance.
