POSITION SUMMARY The Controller develops, implements, and manages the financial aspects of the organization's Finance department. In performing these functions, the Controller will identify areas of process improvement, implement procedures to streamline workflow and mange deadlines for financial reporting. The Controller will work closely with the CFO on reporting requirements to the Finance Committee and Board of Directors.  The Controller will also assist in the preparation of the annual budget, provide financial analysis, and make recommendations to the CFO regarding financial decisions, asset management, and mitigating
