We are working on a fantastic new opportunity with a global multinational who are looking to recruit a Head of Tax. This is a great role focusing on all aspects of UK and International taxes. Lead the Tax planning and compliance considering the future strategy of the business, group policy, tax technology upgrades and local regulations Responsible for all tax matters including, corporate tax, WHT, TP, VAT etc. Developing frameworks & strategies for areas of responsibility. Supporting tax optimisation and tax authority interactions Working closely with tax advisers to deliver M&A tax projects Knowledge of transfer pricing policies and cooperation with the Head of Transfer Pricing. Involvement on any tax projects both
