Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this professional will be responsible for accounts payable, bank and investment account reconciliation, payroll processing and benefit program administration. The role is a resource for employment and benefit regulations for the CD Enterprises Ltd. family of companies. The successful candidate will assist with the budgeting and consolidated audit functions. Data entry and related report processing for multiple investment programs is a key responsibility as well as assisting with quarterly investment program reporting. The position also provides financial analysis for upper management as needed. Critical thinking and organizational skills with attention to detail are essential. Professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion required. The position will become primarily remote with some in-office activities.
Accounting and Data Entry
1. Apply principles of accounting to post investment activity and post journal entries to
the general ledger.
2. Initiate various wire and ACH transfers as well as produce checks for accounts
payable.
3. Reconcile various bank accounts and investment accounts monthly.
4. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.
5. Assist with tax planning and processing quarterly payments.
6. Reconcile sources and uses of cash for various entities.
7. Actively participate in development of budgets and budget reporting.
8. Assist with audits and preparing working papers to support data.
9. Responsible for data entry across multiple investment programs.
10. Process capital calls for various investments and reconcile private equity
distributions.
11. Annually, organize investment product data from Morningstar into Excel.
12. Assist the Chief Financial Officer and / or Deputy Chief Investment Officer with
various ad hoc reporting.
Payroll and Benefit Administration
1. Provide accurate and timely payroll and benefit entries.
2. Participate in 401(k) Committee oversight of company plan.
3. Administer and calculate 401(k) deposits and corporate matching funds.
4. Facilitation of annual 401(k) audit.

5. Maintain confidentiality of personnel files and payroll functions.
6. Maintain employee payroll files, insurance benefits applications/coverage records.
7. Answer employee questions with regard to payroll or benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of Excel.
2. Blackbaud Financial Edge software experience a plus.
3. Sage software knowledge a plus.
4. Working knowledge in 501c3 GAAP accounting.
5. Experience administering payroll and benefits a plus.
6. Experience with accounts payable and bank reconciliations.
7. Proficient in problem solving analytics.
8. Ability to work with minimum supervision while working remote.
9. Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
10. Ability to multi-task and handle large volume of work.
