As part of the Finance team within the Portfolio Service Centre (PSC) this role will help to drive the delivery of accounting and financial services to internal and external stakeholders. The role will cover the funding and payment of corporate and client transactions, financial reporting and the management of bank account facilities
About the Role:
This position will focus on 3 core areas of
- Cash flow management (Preparation of Funds Request Report,Reconciliation of reimbursement invoices, Revenue/expenditure payment runs,Processing of batched bank payments)
- Preparation of financial reports (Expenditure and Revenue rent rolls, Reimbursement reports)
- Maintenance of corporate and client bank accounts (Bank reconciliations, Maintenance of the Bank Reconciliation Control Sheet - KPI, Set-up and management of bank account facilities)

Your Experience:
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- Ability to understand systems and data issues
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Experience with JDE is beneficial
- Experience gained within an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable or general finance support role is essential
- Tertiary qualification in a finance related discipline would be beneficial
