Salary Range: $55,000-75,000 (depends on years of experience)

Finance Associate Expectations & Essential Functions
- Responsible for processing all accounts payable through the school’s billing system. Includes updating vendor information and collecting necessary W9 and ACH forms.
- Responsible for processing all accounts receivable. Record and deposit payments such as checks, credit cards, ACH, etc and processing reports from the different payment platforms.
- Make deposits as necessary.
- Manage credit card expenses including review of credit card statements and corresponding receipts and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
- Manage monthly reconciliations for all the school’s bank accounts, credit cards, prepaid expenses, and accruals.
- Assist with the annual audit and 990 process including preparation of reports, paperwork, etc.
- Assist with financial reports as needed by different departments and the board.
- Knowledge and ability to work on various accounting, billing, and payment options such as bill.com, Sage Intacct, and Ramp
- Be present at the school for two to three days a week or as determined by the needs of the school. (Hybrid work environment)
- Communicate with students, faculty, staff, parents, visitors, and vendors on a regular basis with face-to-face discussions, e-mail, phone calls, letters, and memos in order to accomplish essential functions.
- Manage effectively one’s own time and the time of others in order to meet expectations and deadlines.
- Commitment to timeliness, efficiency, and excellence in all work produced and projects/tasks managed.
- Other duties as required.

- Enforce school policies and rules with students.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Faculty members also need to be proficient with Google Classroom and have the ability to use classroom technology such as Smart Boards, Zoom, etc.
EDUCATION & WORK REQUIREMENTS |
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years accounting or finance experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Google Suite - GMail, Sheets, Docs
- Knowledge and ability to work on various accounting, billing, and payment options such as bill.com, Sage Intacct, and Ramp
