Job Summary Capital Assets Supervisor is responsible for overseeing accounting functions related to capital assets, including leases and subscription-based information technology transactions, in order to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for Harris Health System's (the System) infrastructure in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance Master's Degree or MBAIn Accounting or Finance, preferred
Licensure & Certification: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), preferred
Work Experience: Six (6) Years Work Experiencein the financial area; healthcare experience preferred
Management Experience: Three (3) Years of Management Experience-Accounting management/supervisory experience
Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact), Writing/Correspondence, Writing/Reports
Proficiencies: MS Excel, MS Word, Peoplesoft, Personal Computer
