The Accounting Clerk (AC) for the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids supports the Finance and Administration Department in the important coordinating role of weekly Accounts Payable processing and works to support basic accounting and business-related functions. The AC aids in a variety of financial administrative matters to ensure clear, accurate, smooth, and timely financial reporting including: data entry, financial reconciliation, grants processing support, file maintenance (electronic and hard copies), and assist with accounts receivable, travel expenses, and other administrative/financial tasks as needed. This position is based in Washington, D.C. and reports to the Senior Accountant. Staff work under a Hybrid work model with work time in the office and at home. Full COVID-19
