The Vice President & Comptroller (VP/COMP) is responsible for providing overall managerial oversight and delivery for all accounting services for internal and external customers as well as management and direction for payroll.  The VP/COMP directs the Office of Accounting by performing day-to-day functions and manages all accounting functions for the Authority's capital improvement, construction, and operating budgets to ensure quality control, absolute integrity of the Authority's financial systems and prevention of misapplication of funds.
