Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Summary: Performs a broad scope of professional accounting activities requiring experienced, professional knowledge and application of accounting principles and practices.
Additional Department Summary: This position may be eligible for remote hybrid work.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance and one (1) year of accounting experience; OR a CPA and some accounting experience.
Skills and Knowledge: General knowledge of GAAP accounting standards.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in real estate accounting and knowledge of rental/leasing software. Experience in the higher education environment, with advance knowledge of Concur and Banner Finance.
