This person would be responsible for managing the financial operations and would work directly with the CEO and school Administrator. Must have a solid understanding of accounting principles and non-profit. Proficient in Word and Excel. Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Would prefer someone that had a good understanding of Human Resources.
Would be responsible for budgeting a multi-million dollar budget, monitoring cash flow, oversee and provide support to the church and school finance office which includes HR and payroll. Prepare month end and year end financial reports, reconciliation and journal entries, would attend monthly board meetings and annual business meeting.
Other duties would be to work with an independent CPA firm for the annual review, complete annual documents to maintain tax-exemption, work with our local bank to obtain loans, oversee and negotiate insurance which would include health, workers comp, auto and property policies. Fleet vehicle registrations with tax exemption, oversee all bank accounts including International wire transfers, refunds and commission payments. Additional financial duties as required for the overall operation.

Christian Life Center is located in Layton, Utah 30 miles north of Salt Lake City. Our weekly church attendance with in person and online averages 750-1000. We have a Christian school which ministers to both domestic and international students with 450 students from pre-school through high school.
