I have partered with one of the leading Energy firms and looking for an enthuisadtic Junior Finance Business Partner to join them in London. They are one of the leading providers of technical, FM, regeneration and energy services by mobilising its expertise to provide low-carbon energy solutions. With revenues of ???12 billion, the firm is present in 17 countries - mostly across Europe, but also with significant interests in North America, Latin America and Australia.
Job Overview
- Monthly management accounts in line with current accounting standards including analysis and interpretation of results
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Fixed Asset set up and maintenance
- Invoicing
- Projects module maintenance
- Project profitability analysis
- Provide financial information and interpretation of the numbers
- Assist with undertaking proactive analytical and other investigations, contributing to developing a better understanding of the business and improving operational performance
- Cash flow forecasting
- Fixed Asset Management
Qualifications
- Qualified/Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
Experience
- Experienced Finalist (3 years in business facing role) or Qualified accountant with some post qualification experience in a broad Management Accounting role or similar
- Good financial
- Able to analyse complex data with accuracy
- Strong problem solving, analytical and customer service skills
- Good communicator and strong inter-personal skills
- Excellent planning & administration skills
- Ability to manage own workload to meet set deadlines
- Being open to innovation and new ways of working, willing to suggest process improvements
- Innovative thinking and can-do attitude
Systems
- Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of ERP system, ideally SAP
- MS Office including Word and PowerPoint, but especially Excel
