Provides assistance to the CFO and HR team. This position will be responsible for assisting accounts receivable and payable and assist with payroll procedures.
Assist with data input for accounting system upgrade.
Prepare various payroll related reports.
Coordinates and manages the company mobile phones.
Orders and monitors use of company issued credit cards.
Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions. Files documents into appropriate employee files.
Assists or prepares correspondence as requested. Processes mail for HR/AP department.
Completes OSHA Logs/Worksheets (ISN website/internally on a quarterly/annual basis).
Reviews and verifies invoices, check requests, and credit card statements.
Sorts, codes, and matches invoices and then set up for payment.
Tracks expenses and processes expense reports.
Prepares and processes electronic transfers and payments.
Researches and resolves invoice discrepancies and issues.
Maintains vendor files.
Corresponds with vendors and responds to inquiries.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
