The Financial Accountant II will provide financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data; preparing reports.  This position is responsible for the account reconciliation of three areas: Business Services, Risk Management Safety and Campus Planning & Space Management.  Research and validate expenses posted to the accounts.  Serve as the liaison for the utility billing process, which also included the meter reading process.  Audit monthly readings to ensure the meters are functioning properly, for the monthly billing.  Produce bills and ensure payments have been received based on established deadlines.  Prepare and mange budgets.  Create monthly reports on all receivables, Prepare year-end budget for the purpose of fixed utility costs that are bill
