We are partnering with a global private equity investment firm which is looking to hire a Performance and Analytics Associate to join their London function. This highly analytical position will work across portfolio management, investor reporting, investor due diligence, investment systems, valuations and working closely alongside the investment team internally. This is an exciting opportunity to join an impressive firm with a strong track record and work closely alongside seniors within the team in a role with superb progression opportunities. What the job involves

• Assisting in the quarterly investor reporting process across Private Equity, covering multiple strategies/geographies
• Preparation and maintenance of client-ready portfolio data to support the preparation of regular client materials, investor due diligence, and business development efforts
• Day to day handling of a range of performance and exposure analyses
• Liaising with investment deal teams as well as operations teams for data gathering and analysis
• Contributing to the firm's quarterly valuation and reporting process

Who we are looking for

• Chartered Accountant desirable
• Experience within the Financial Services sector
• Highly analytical with prowess for working with high volumes of numerical data and transforming this into actionable insights for decision making
• Report writing skills
• Strong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint & Word
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well within a team
