I am partnered with a leading insurer looking for add a Head of Group Financial reporting for an initial 6-month contract who strives for constant improvement with the ability to challenge the status quo.
Lead excellence across the wider Finance Control team
Deliver high-quality Group consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual financial, statutory and regulatory reporting to both internal and external stakeholders in compliance with IFRS add solvency regulatory guidance
Lead, manage and develop a team of 5
Be an active member of the group consolidated finances
Qualified accountant (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA)
8 years post qual experience (the right candidate with less experience will also be considered)
Strong technical reporting knowledge ideally within the insurance sector - but open to FS
Hands on approach
Good understanding of group consolidations and financial reporting systems (Oracle)
