Waldorf School of Lexington (WSL) is seeking a full-time, year-round Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) with an immediate start date. WSL is a day school situated 12 miles west of Boston in historic Lexington, Massachusetts. The school serves 170-195 students in preschool through eighth grade. Total annual revenues are approximately $5 million. Currently, the school has 60 full- and part-time employees.WSL has recently undertaken a significant change in its governance structure, hiring a new Head of School with central authority over the school and shifting the Board of Trustees’ focus to a long-term, generative governance outlook. It is in this context that the DFO reports to the Head of School, is a member of the school’s administrative leadership team, and
