Position Summary Manage and supervise accounting and operational activities and prepares financial statements and reports for the Department of Counseling, Educational Psychology, and Special Education (CEPSE).   Position Duties Include: Develop, forecast, implement, and manage the budget for the CEPSE Department; Provide regular budget and accounting reports to Chairperson and to the Office of the Dean; Prepare and verify the accuracy of financial statements and reports, determine best practices, develop financial policies and accounting controls, and assist in developing short- and long-term planning of fiscal and administrative procedures directly related to the business operations of the Department.   Oversees fiscal and budgetary function
