Class Definition GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Responsible for most complex audits, research and analysis of the accounting records and financial structure of utilities under the jurisdiction of the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and the Division of Public Utilities and Carriers (DPUC).
