A Memphis, Tennessee bankruptcy trustee administering approximately 4,800 cases is looking for the right individual to join the management team.    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  Creating and monitoring annual budget and overseeing the Trusteeship’s financial functions.    Provide the Trustee and United States Trustee with timely and accurate monthly and annual analysis of budgets and financial reports.   Overseeing the handling of bank relationships and responsible for maintaining all Trustee bank accounts.   Responsible for overseeing, maintaining and reconciling of Trusteeship daily receipts and disbursements.  Perform internal audits to ensure the proper flow of Trustee funds.
