Support the senior team with individual deal execution processes: due diligence, negotiation and execution of transactions
Work actively with the portfolio post-acquisition
Who we are looking for
Previous experience in a private equity fund, consulting firm or a qualified accountant with transaction services, corporate finance or restructuring experience
An understanding and motivations for turnaround investments
Ability to work with a high degree of independence
