Basic Function:         Review, coordinate, and complete the preparation of journal entries, reconciliations, tax payments, cash transactions, and financial reports. Perform initial review and analysis of financial statements before presenting them to the Vice President of Finance. Assist with analyzing and researching monthly financial statement inquiries from staff and management. Prepare and electronically file monthly and annual Sales Tax Returns. Serve as the primary backup for Accounts Payable and Payroll personnel. Assist in implementing and streamlining policies and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.   Qualifications:
