Responsibilities Include:
Accounting
Prepare audit schedules and reconciliations.
Prepare and update the monthly recurring entries.
Analyze fundraising activities to ensure gifts are recorded in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Assist in developing financial and operating reports..
Accounts Payable and disbursements
Administer NCS’s accounts payable system.
Act as the school’s main contact with the accounts payable vendor.
Review and approve all requests for payment.
Train new users on related issues.
Manage travel for school via AmTrav.
All faculty are involved in the life of the school through a variety of means such as leading a club, coaching a sport, or serving on a committee. Additionally, community members attend school functions, including but not limited to chapel and cathedral services, assemblies, and special events.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or advanced degree a plus
Minimum 3 years of experience accounting at a not-for profit or educational institution
