The Project Accountant will report to the CFO and is responsible for overseeing financial operations related to all projects, including cash management, accounts payable, contract billings, and job cost reporting. Areas of responsibility include: • Lead a transition from a CFA Data system to Viewpoint Spectrum. • Once implemented, maintain project and general ledger accounting in Viewpoint Spectrum. • Help consolidate outside divisions into a central accounting process. • Manage project-related records, including contracts and change orders.
