We are looking to add another member to our growing team! The ideal candidate would have construction accounting experience in order to assist our controller with day to day tasks across 30+ active construction projects.    Job duties include but are not limited to:  -Ensure Subcontractor Invoices have a Proper Agreement and are Within Their Allocated Budget  -Balance Vendor Statements, Ensuring All Invoices & Credit Memos Are Posted  -Enter Subcontractor & Vendor Invoices for Project Manager Approval & Payment  -Review Subcontractor's Monthly Pay Applications for Completeness & Accuracy  -Subcontract Management  -Understand How to Track, Pay, Manage, and Work with All Our Subcontractors  -Input & Maintain Preliminary
