Robert Half Executive Search has been exclusively retained to identify a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a non-profit human services organization located in Denver, Colorado. This position will be responsible for all accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, cash management, grants management, and auditing. The CEO is looking for strategic leader who will continuously look for ways to improve the department’s policies, procedures, and processes.

With a proven track record of leadership in non-profit organizations, this role requires expertise in financial operations, including billing, accounting processes, and experience working closely with an investment committee. The CFO will be a partner to the CEO, but a key liaison to the Board of Directors, presenting financial reports and helping guide strategic decisions.
