ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Under the direction of the Assistant Controller, the Payroll Manager supervises the Payroll Accountants. The Payroll Manager oversees the processing of semi-monthly payroll and assists with payroll-related tax and income reporting such as State Quarterly reports, W2s, and 1095s. This position will work closely with Payroll, PEO (Personnel Employment Organization), the HR People & Culture team, and other payroll related vendors to ensure processes are completed in a timely manner. The Payroll Manager is responsible for monthly and annual processes such as reconciliations and assists with audit requirements.  LOGISTICS Internews has US offices in Arcata, CA and Washington, DC which support a hybrid workforce with
