Essential Duties and Responsibilities:   This position will assist in the preparation and filing of our external financial reports with the SEC and other financial institutions, assist in the preparation of certain internal financial reports, help maintain our accounting policies and analyze emerging U.S. GAAP and SEC accounting and reporting requirements. Assist in the preparation and filing of Forms 10-Q, 10-K and 8-K (earnings releases, etc.) with the SEC.
