SUMMARY   The Controller directs all the organization’s accounting functions (accounts payables, purchasing and accounts receivables. etc.), accounting systems, financial reporting, payroll operations and internal controls. The Controller is responsible for ensuring financial compliance according to GAAP and GAO Uniform Guidance. The individual will manage the agency’s adherence to all governmental and non-governmental funding agency requirements.
