Job Summary This position is primarily responsible for post-award grant administration and related project accounting. The Grant and Compliance Accountant provides internal support and accounting functions to program managers and agency leadership for the organization’s government grants, foundation grants, and restricted donations. This position is responsible to maintain compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and funder requirements. Duties include support of payroll, AP, AR and journal entries; assisting with the budget and audits; completing monthly and year-end grant and fund close procedures, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports as needed. ob Functions and Responsibilities:
